Graduation Candidacy for current quarter

Dear Senior,

As you prepare for finals:

• Virtual Advising Center: Periodically, check the Virtual Advising Center via TritonLink.ucsd.edu (under tools section). You will need your student ID number and password/pac to access your academic advising record and read notifications from our office. You are responsible for all messages sent by our office. Therefore, we strongly advise you to manage your email account to avoid missing important information.

• Conferred/Posted Degrees: Degrees are conferred by the Registrar’s Office within 90 days after final quarter grades are posted.

• Diplomas: The Registrar’s Office will send your diploma to the permanent address noted on your record. Make sure that any address change is also noted on your electronic Degree and Diploma application. Diplomas are sent within 90 days after the degree has been posted to your academic history on TritonLink.
  
  
  • You may request a transcript now, but note “Hold until degree is recorded” on the order form  Instructions for ordering
  
  
  • Check your final grades on TritonLink as soon as they are available (final) and verify that they are correct.
