Degree Audit Timeline
College reviews and processes EDDA within three weeks of submission
If you have transfer course(s) yet to be posted, the UCSD Admissions Office must receive your official transcript so they can evaluate and post the course(s). Watch your TritonLink record and alert us when the credit has been posted.
Once grades are final, the College reviews your audit, checks for major department approval and verifies that all requirements are complete. Our office will send finalized audit to the Office of the Registrar. The Office of the Registrar is responsible for posting of degrees to student record. Posted degree is viewable on TritonLink.
If you need verification of your degree, request your transcript via TritonLink and select "Hold until degree is recorded". The Office of the Registrar will send verification as soon as degree is conferred.
Diploma is mailed to your permanent address within 30-90 days after the degree has been posted. Find out more about diplomas and ordering transcripts on TritonLink
Commencement Ceremony
