Petition forms can be obtained at the Warren College Writing Program office. If you are petitioning to request credit for an undergraduate course taken at another institution, the 10A and 10B document requirements are:

1. Graded paper(s) from the course
2. Grade earned from the course taken (can be printed from Studentlink)
3. Description of the course

All other petition inquiries can be answered at the WCWP office.
