Transfer Credit

Fall 2000 was the cut-off date for transfer students at UCSD to simultaneously take UC and community college courses and receive credit. Since Fall 2000, all students are required to take community college courses before enrolling at UCSD in order to obtain transfer credit.

Situations regarding transfer credit differ from student to student. If you took a writing course at a community college and want to find out if it will satisfy your Warren Writing requirement, please ask the Warren College Academic Advising staff.
