Warren College Reservation Request Form and Usage Agreement

You must review the Room Reservation Guidelines and agree to its terms before filling out the application.
Reservation requests are not confirmed until you received an email from the Warren Residential Office which states that you have been approved. Requests are only approved during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
*Currently: Student Activity Center hours for reservations are Monday- Thursday 5:00 pm - 11:00pm, Friday: 4:00pm - 11:00pm and Saturday – Sunday: 1:00pm - 11:30pm
Same day Reservations are only for Warren Affiliates and must be made by 3:00 pm of any given day. All non-affiliates must be made with at least 72 hours prior to the date of the event.
Please note: the Student Activities Center is only available to Warren-affiliated groups during the first 3 weeks of the Fall quarter (September 17 - October 14, 2022).
