Warren College Reservation Request Form and Usage Agreement

As of Monday, February 3rd, 2025, Warren Residential Life will NO LONGER accept reservations from clubs/organizations that are not affiliated with Warren College. 

You must review the Room Reservation Guidelines and agree to its terms before filling out the application.

Reservation requests are not confirmed until you received an email from the Warren Residential Office which states that you have been approved. Requests are only approved during office business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm). Student Activity Center hours for reservations are:

  • Monday- Thursday 5:00 pm - 11:00pm;
  • Friday: 4:00pm - 11:30pm;
  • Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm - 11:30pm.

Warren Affiliates may do same day reservations and must be made by 3:00 pm of any given day.

For scheduled events, the event organizer, another listed executive board member, or the organization’s advisor must pick up the required access keycard either 24 hours or the day of the event. The keycard may be returned at any time using our 24 hour dropbox at the Warren Residential Life Office or to a Warren Residential Life employee (OA, RA, SACA, or Professional Staff) during business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday through Friday.
