The Warren College Student Council (WCSC) is made up of both elected and appointed positions. WCSC members are all Warren College students, dedicated to representing the Warren College student body on committees, through programming, and in decision making at the College and University level.

Tatiana Valdovinos
Responsibilities
The President is the highest representative of the students of Warren College and is responsible for chairing the Legislative Council and the Executive Board. Additionally, the President attends meetings of the Leadership of College Councils and fulfills certain other functions.
About Tatiana
Tatiana has served as President since May 2025 following her election by the Warren College Student Body. She is a third-year student majoring in Political Science/Data Analytics (B.S.). In addition to her role in Council, Tatiana serves as the Associated Students' Office of College Affairs' Director of Special Events, Warren College's Student Affairs Intern, and a Resident Assistant. Prior to serving as President, Tatiana previously served as the Council's Vice President, Programming.

Leonardo Molina
Responsibilities
The Vice President, Internal (VPI) is responsible for chairing the Internal Committee and assisting the President in the exercise of their duties. Additionally, the VPI chairs the Rules Committee.
About Leo
Leo has served as Vice President, Internal since May 2025 following his election by the Warren Student Population. He is a second-year student majoring in Political Science/Data Analytics (B.S.). Additionally, Leo is an Orientation Leader for Warren College. Leo is a member of the Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law Fraternity. Prior to serving as VPI, Leo served as the Residential Student at-Large and as the Events Board Secretary.
Nadia Yellepeddi
Responsibilities
The Vice President, External is responsible for chairing the External Committee, the Appointments Committee and assists the President in the exercise of their duties.
About Nadia
Nadia has served as VPE since November 2025 following her election by the Warren College Student Body. She is a second-year student majoring in General Biology (B.S.).
Prior to serving as VPE, Nadia served as Out-of-State Student At-Large and First-year Student At-Large.
Nadia is from Milton, Georgia.
Natalie Solorio
Responsibilities
The Vice President, Programming (VPP) is responsible for chairing the Events Board and overseeing the planning and execution of events programming.
About Natalie
Natalie Solorio has served as Warren’s Vice President of Programming since May 2025 following her election by the Warren College Student Body and previously served as an Events Board member. She is a third-year student majoring in International Business. Natalie is a member of Women in Business and the Minority Business Association, and is a mentor through the Mentor Collective program. She has been actively involved in Warren’s Welcome Week Committee for the past two years and served as a Warren Orientation Leader in Fall 2025.
Oviya Senthil
Responsibilities
The Secretary of the Council is responsible for the administrative affairs of the Council which include keeping records and taking minutes. Additionally, the Secretary renders advice to members of the Council regarding the affairs of the Council and serves as the Chair of the Policy on Ethical Spending Affairs Committee and as the Vice Chair of the Rules Committee.

Oviya has served as Secretary of the Council since May 2025 following her election by the Warren College Student Body. She is a second-year student majoring in Computer Engineering (B.S.). Oviya previously served as the chair of the Commission on Warren Spirit.
Elijah Cheng
Responsibilities
The Finance Director is responsible for the drafting of the budget and liaises between the Council and the Warren College Business Office. Additionally, the Director chairs the Finance Committee and is responsible to the Legislative Council for the status of the budget and WCSC's account balances.
About Elijah
Elijah is a 3rd year literature major with a minor in educational science. He is the longest standing member of council, in his 3rd year of service as the University Centers Advirsory Board Representative, and as the finance chair. He loves hiking, cooking, and wathcing movies. (Please watch Godzilla with him). If you ever need a recommendation for the best Japanese restaurants in San Diego, ask him!
Selena Wang
Responsibilities
The Director of Student Organizations is responsible for chairing the Warren College Organizations Standing Commission and oversees the activities and functions of Student Organizations in Warren College.

Selena has served as Director of Student Organizations since May 2025. She is a second-year student majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology (B.S.). Selena is also a member of Warren Grow!, and previously served as an Events Board Member in council
Faisal El-Khouri
Responsibilities
As the senior Senator representing Warren College in the Associated Students (AS) Senate, Faisal is responsible for attending Senate meetings and sits on the A.S. Senate Finance Committee.
About Faisal
Faisal has served as an A.S. Senator alongside Daniel Sitanggang since February 2025, following his appointment by the Council after the expiration of the interim term of Senator Stephen Tong, who had stepped in after the resignation of Senator Nam Nguyen, and subsequent election by the Warren College Student Body in April 2025. He is a third-year student majoring in Mathematics-Computer Science (B.S.). Additionally, Faisal serves as the Deputy Director for Training in Model United Nations at UCSD and as the TritonMUN Under-Secretary-General for Committees.
Sarisha Agarwala
Responsibilities
The Director of Academic Affairs chairs the Scholarship Committee and works to advocate for students' academic interests.

Sarisha has served as the Warren Honors’ Council’s Events Chair since April 2025 . She is a second-year student double majoring in Neurobiology and Business Economics. She is a founding member of Rady Simulation Model and Game club which uses board games to design real life models. She is also a committed member of the UCSD Speech and Debate Team.

Nolan Kuemmerle

Nolan has served as International Student At-Large since May 2025, following his election by the Warren College Student Body. He is a third-year student double majoring in International Business, as well as Chinese Studies (B.A.). In addition to serving on WCSC, Nolan serves as the Treasurer of German Club, the Treasurer and fundraising director for Sand Diego Volleyball Club, and on the marketing committee for Triton Tide.

About Richa
Richa K Iyer has served as the First Year student at large since her appointment in October 2025. She is a first-year Biology with Bioinformatics specialization major with an interest in biological research and social service. She is a part of the Knight Lab at UCSD for cancer metadatabase research and the AMSA. She was born in San Jose, but was raised in Bangalore, India, and she loves the great outdoors and has trekked the Himalayan Mountain range in North India.
Nyah Salazar

Represents the needs and concerns of Warren College first-year students. Required to complete projects to meet the needs of first-year students.
About Nyah
Nyah is a first-year student majoring in Pharmacological Chemistry with a minor in Business. Nyah is also an international student from the Philippines who has been involved in multiple leadership and community-centered initiatives during high school. She hopes to provide support to Warren first-years and contribute to making their college experience memorable.
Krystal Gutierrez

About Krystal
Krystal has served as the First-Generation Student-at-Large since October 2025. She is a first-year student double majoring in General Biology (B.S.) and Psychology (B.S.) on the pre-med track. Proudly representing her family from Nayarit, Mexico, Krystal is committed to uplifting the first-generation community while balancing her academic journey and personal passions, including running and exploring films.
Raymond Zhang
Responsibilities
Represents the needs and concerns of Warren College commuter students and attends the All Campus Commuter Board meetings as the WCSC representative.
About Raymond
Raymond Zhang is a first-year student at UC San Diego and currently serves as the Commuters At-Large in the Warren College Student Council. He is majoring in Psychology: Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience. Before joining UCSD, he served as the International Student Union President and the Minister of the Publicity Department at his high school in Nanjiang. He also co-founded Echo 329, the school’s radio station, and was the President of the AI-R Artifical Intelligence Robotics Club back in Nanjing.
Leonardo Baleto
Responsibilities
Represents the needs and concerns of Warren College commuter students and attends the All Campus Commuter Board meetings as the WCSC representative.
About Leo
Leonardo Baleto is a first year student at UC San Diego currently serving as Warren’s Resident Student at Large. He’s majoring in NanoEngineering, while also apart of several clubs like the NanoEngineering Technology Society, BRASA, and PISA. He was the first person at his high school to play O-line and D-line for his football team, while also having a leadership position in the school band, and once healthy, plans to continue trying to play both sports and music in the coming years.
Daniel Sitanggang
Responsibilities
As the junior Senator representing Warren College in the Associated Students (AS) Senate, Daniel is responsible for attending Senate meetings and sits on the A.S. Senate Legislative Committee.
About Daniel
Daniel has served as Warren's A.S. Senator alongside Faisal El-Khouri since May 2025 following his election by the Warren College Student Body. He is a third-year student majoring in Political Science/International Relations (B.A.). He further serves as the Director of Outreach and Membership of Model United Nations at UCSD and Treasurer of Moot Court at UCSD.
Prior to serving in the Associated Students Senate Daniel previously served as the Secretary of the Council.
Amelie Allard
Responsibilities
Shall be the official media contact for all WCSC-related matters. Shall establish and maintain connections with UCSD and Warren-specific media organizations in order to publicize WCSC events and actions among the Warren College and UCSD community. Shall strive to increase WCSC visibility.

Amelie has served as the Director of Public Relations since October 2025 following her election by the Warren College Student Body. She is a second-year student majoring in International Studies - History (B.A.).
Anvi Sapra
Responsibilities
Focuses on food and housing insecurity and how those issues affect Warren students. Develop ideas to address food and housing insecurity as well as other basic needs students have. Support Basic Needs initiatives in Warren College and Warren College Student Council. Coordinate with UC San Diego’s Basic Needs Hub
About Anvi
Anvi is a Neurobiology major with hopes of contributing to research on neurodegenerative diseases in the future.Outside of her role and her academics, Anvi loves to sing (pop, choral music, some jazz) and she enjoys playing the piano. She’s always excited to connect with others who share her love of music. She’s also an avid fantasy reader, and Six of Crows and Caraval are two of her favorite book series.
Aryan Khanna
Responsibilities
Focus specifically on issues relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion in Warren College. Encourage and expand Warren College Student Council’s efforts to create a more inclusive community on-campus. Advocate for programs or initiatives that support our campus community. Coordinate with UC San Diego’s variety of resource centers.
Yatish Yamamala
Responsibilities
Encourage student involvement in sustainability on campus and specifically in Warren. Give input on programming and resources allocated for projects to ensure low waste production and host environmentally friendly events/programs.
About Yatish
Yatish has served as the Sustainability Advocate since October 2025 and is a first-year student majoring in Chemical Engineering. He is passionate about bringing "aha moments" to his peers and outside of school, you can always find his nose in an interesting book or in a cool new cafe!
Javier Luna
Responsibilities
Helps plan voter registration, drives and encourages students to vote during election times.

Javier serves as this year’s Civic Engagement Advocate following his election by the Warren College Student Body. He is a third-year transfer student majoring in Warren Political Science: Public Policy. He plans on attending law school and entering into Immigration Law.
Sonal Mahajan
Responsibilities
Serves as Student Fees Advisory Committee representative and acts as a liaison between SFAC and WCSC. Acts as the Warren College representative in the SFAC meetings, and participates in the discussions and decisions pertaining student fees and campus finance.
Elijah Cheng
Responsibilities
Acts as the liaison between WCSC and the University Centers Advisory Board (UCAB). Required to attend UCAB meetings to give input on the operations of University Centers like Price Center and the Old Student Center. Responsible for gauging student opinion on topics like reducing Price Center’s hours or potential new dining options.

Eddie is a third-year Political Science major from San Diego and a returning E-board member. You’ll probably see him around Warren at events. Adrian is a new Events Board Member starting Fall 2025. They are a first-year student majoring in Cognitive Science (Language & Culture) with a minor in Education Studies and is part of the PATHS Scholars Program. Throughout high school, they held multiple leadership roles, including four years in ASB and serving as President of the AP Environmental Science Club. They also completed a technical internship supporting the U.S. Navy, where they honed their communication and planning skills. Adrian has a passion for bringing people together through student programming and is excited to begin their role as an Events Board Member.
