Registered Warren College student organizations and groups may be eligible to request event support funding from WCSC.  Principle members of organizations and groups must submit budget requests to the WCSC Finance Committee for review. Funding​ ​requests​ approved by ​two​ ​thirds​ ​vote​ ​of​ ​members present will be presented​ ​at​ ​the​ ​following​ ​council meeting for approval.

May 2025

• Thursday, May 1, 2025 5-6pm: Cooking with Bearl hosted by the Commission of Warren Spirit. We will be cooking chickpea wraps, all ingredients will be provided. 
• Thursday, May 15, 2025 2:30-4:00pm: Events Board will be distributing Midterm Season Care packages outside of the Warren Admin Building. Items range from testing supplies to self care items! 
• Friday, May 16, 2025 5:30-8:00pm: Transfer Student Trivia Night, hosted as a cross-college collaboration, will take place at Dirty Birds. Free food, with vegeterian options, will be served. 
• Monday, May 19, 2025 1-3pm: WTCC will be hosting a Senior Send-Off event in the Warren SAC. Activities include cap decorating, lei making, a polaroid booth, and more! Chipotle will be catered. 
• Wednesday, May 21, 2025 2-4pm: Hygiene Products Distribution event hosted by our Basic Needs Advocate outside of the Warren Trasnfer & Commuter Lounge. 
• Wednesday, May 21, 2025 2:30-4:30pm: Replant, Rescent, and Recycle hosted as a collaborative event. You will have the opportunity to pot your own plants, blend essential oils, and donate gently used clothes. Taking place in the SAC Equality Room & Patio. 
• Thursday, May 29, 2025 8-10pm: Events Board will be hosting "Despicable Warren 4 Movie Night" on Warren Lawn. There will be snacks provided and a chance to win a raffle for minion-themed prizes!  

April 2025 

• Tuesday, April 1, 2025 2:30-3:30pm: Residential Student At-Large tabling event at Warren Lawn to get feedback from students living on campus. *Free Cumbl cookies, while supplies last, for students who fill out the survery*
• Tuesday, April 1, 2025 3:00-5:00pm: DIY Ceramic Succulent Pot Painting at the Warren Student Activities Center. *All supplies provided*
• Wednesday, April 2, 2025 4:30-6:00pm: Warren x WIC (Women in Computing) collaborative event to learn about AI and work on your own guided project. Open to all students, regardless of computing background. 
• Thursday April 3, 2025 6:00-8:00pm: Pokemon Social Hosted by Events Board in the Warren SAC. Free boba, bingo, prizes and more!
• Saturday, April 12, 2025 12-3pm: Holi Event hosted as a collaboration between ISA x WTCC x WRC x WCSC Events Board, at Warren Field.
• Tuesday, April 15, 2025 3-4pm: Spring Bloom event, a picnic-style afternoon where you can paint your own pre-planted succulent, at Warren Mall! 
•  Wednesday, April 16, 2025 4-6pm: Spring Fest volleyball tournament and spring-themed crafts, such as painting your own succulent pot, at Warren Lawn. 
• Friday, April 18, 2025 7-10pm: Cross Current concert featuring artists greek! and Sadie Jean at Epstein Family Amphitheater. 
• Saturday, April 26, 2025 3-5pm: Earth Day Celebration, come celebrate Earth Day with us and paint some mini potted plants! All supplies will be provided. Free boba for the first 15 attendees! Happening in the Warren SAC! 
• Tuesday, April 29, 2025 2-3pm: WTCC Sun God Kits Tabling at Warren Mall. Build your Sun God kit with freebies like sunscreen and hydration packs. While supplies last! 
• Wednesday, April 30, 2025 1:30-3:30pm: Transfer Student Experience Survey tabling event at Warren Mall to get feedback from transfer students. Those who fill out the transfer student survey will receive a free crumbl cookie, while supplies last!
